Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation von speziellen Events und Food Promotions
  • Pflege der Produktkenntnisse inklusive Zutaten, Ausstattung, Lieferanten, Märkte sowie von Trends und Einreichen von Empfehlungen
  • Sicherstellung der Küchenhygiene sowie der persönlichen Hygiene
  • Sauberhaltung der Küche und des Equipments
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenchef und der Personalleitung zur Sicherstellung, dass die Abteilung effektiv arbeitet.
  • Unterstützung, dass die Trainings-Bedarfs-Analyse ausgeführt wird und dass Trainingsprogramme umgesetzt werden.
  • Einbringung von Feedback bei Probezeitbeurteilungen sowie Beurteilungen und Disziplinierungen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Vorgesetzten bei der Vorbereitung und Verwaltung des Budgets.
  • Kennen und Einhaltung der sicherheitsrelevanten Vorgaben zu Erster Hilfe, Feuer und Notfallprocedures.
  • Sofortiges Einleiten von Gegenmaßnahmen bei gefährlichen Situationen.

Ihr Profil

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch
  • umfangreiche, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie und ausgezeichnete Fachkenntnisse
  • erste Führungseigenschaften
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Kreativität und ein Auge für Details
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
