Administratief Medewerker Uitkeringsadministratie

Als Administratief Medewerker Uitkeringsadministratie zorg je voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van uitkeringen binnen het sociaal domein. Je controleert gegevens van uitkeringsgerechtigden, verwerkt besluiten en herberekeningen en zorgt ervoor dat betalingen zorgvuldig en rechtmatig worden uitgevoerd.

Je hebt een belangrijke rol in de financiële administratie rondom de Participatiewet. Dankzij jouw cijfermatige inzicht en nauwkeurigheid signaleer je afwijkingen, ondersteun je collega’s bij financiële vraagstukken en draag je bij aan een betrouwbare en efficiënte uitkeringsadministratie.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Controleren en verwerken van informatie van uitkeringsgerechtigden;
  • Administratief verwerken van besluiten rondom uitkeringen;
  • Uitvoeren en verwerken van herberekeningen in de daarvoor bestemde systemen;
  • Verwerken en beoordelen van signalen vanuit het Inlichtingenbureau;
  • Zorgdragen voor een correcte en tijdige betaling van uitkeringen;
  • Controleren en waar nodig fiatteren van werkzaamheden van collega’s;
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor collega’s bij financiële vraagstukken;
  • Zorgvuldig vastleggen en controleren van financiële en administratieve gegevens;
  • Werken met Suite4SD binnen de uitkeringsadministratie;
  • Bijdragen aan een rechtmatige en efficiënte uitvoering van de Participatiewet.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Minimaal mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau (harde eis);
  • Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als Medewerker Uitkeringsadministratie bij een gemeente, opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar (harde eis);
  • Minimaal 1 jaar recente werkervaring met Suite4SD, opgedaan in de afgelopen 3 jaar is een pré;
  • Ruime ervaring met gemeentelijke uitkeringsadministratie en financiële verwerking;
  • Kennis van de administratieve uitvoering van de Participatiewet;
  • Een sterk cijfermatig inzicht;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zorgvuldig en betrouwbaar;
  • Je bent klantgericht en resultaatgericht;
  • Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken en zoekt tegelijkertijd actief de samenwerking met collega’s;
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en voelt je betrokken bij de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening.
