Allround Medewerker Burgerzaken

Als Allround Medewerker Burgerzaken zorg je voor een professionele en zorgvuldige dienstverlening aan inwoners. Je werkt zowel aan de frontoffice als in de backoffice en houdt daarbij voortdurend oog voor de kwaliteit van persoonsgegevens, privacy, beveiliging en fraudebestrijding.

Het accent van de functie ligt niet op reisdocumenten, maar juist op de bredere en meer inhoudelijke werkzaamheden binnen Burgerzaken. Je behandelt onder andere eerste inschrijvingen, hervestigingen, verhuizingen, uittreksels en legalisaties en voert werkzaamheden uit binnen de BRP en burgerlijke stand.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Uitvoeren van zowel frontoffice- als backofficewerkzaamheden binnen Burgerzaken;
  • Behandelen van eerste inschrijvingen en hervestigingen;
  • Verwerken van verhuizingen in de Basisregistratie Personen (BRP);
  • Behandelen en verstrekken van uittreksels en legalisaties;
  • Uitvoeren van werkzaamheden binnen de BRP;
  • Uitvoeren van werkzaamheden op het gebied van de burgerlijke stand;
  • Zorgvuldig verwerken en controleren van persoonsgegevens;
  • Bewaken van privacy, informatiebeveiliging en kwaliteit binnen de dienstverlening;
  • Signaleren van mogelijke fraude en bijdragen aan fraudebestrijding;
  • Informeren en ondersteunen van inwoners aan de balie;
  • Uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden in de backoffice;
  • Overleggen met en adviseren van collega’s bij inhoudelijke vraagstukken;
  • Samenwerken met collega’s van Burgerzaken en het Klanten Contact Centrum.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Aantoonbare en ruime werkervaring als Medewerker Burgerzaken (harde eis);
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met backofficewerkzaamheden binnen Burgerzaken (harde eis);
  • Ervaring met werkzaamheden binnen de BRP en/of burgerlijke stand (harde eis);
  • Ervaring met eerste inschrijvingen, hervestigingen en verhuizingen;
  • Kennis van de geldende wet- en regelgeving binnen Burgerzaken;
  • Je kunt zelfstandig aan de slag en hebt weinig inwerktijd nodig;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor de kwaliteit van persoonsgegevens, privacy en beveiliging;
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert duidelijk met inwoners en collega’s;
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband goed functioneren;
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor 28 tot 32 uur per week;
  • Je bent in ieder geval beschikbaar op woensdag en vrijdag (harde eis).
