Over de Functie:

Als beleidsmedewerker Participatiewet (inkomen) werk je aan het versterken van bestaanszekerheid voor inwoners die afhankelijk zijn van een bijstandsuitkering. Jij zorgt ervoor dat ons beleid rondom de Participatiewet niet alleen klopt op papier, maar ook uitvoerbaar en mensgericht is in de praktijk. Je werkt vanuit de overtuiging dat bestaanszekerheid een fundament is voor meedoen in de samenleving.



Wat ga je doen?

  • Beleid ontwikkelen en actualiseren: Je volgt landelijke ontwikkelingen en vertaalt wet- en regelgeving naar lokaal beleid rondom de Participatiewet en inkomensondersteuning.
  • Samenhang versterken: Je zorgt dat ons beleid op inkomen goed aansluit op aanpalende beleidsterreinen zoals armoedebestrijding, schuldhulpverlening en re-integratie.
  • Projecten opzetten en begeleiden: Je werkt aan projecten gericht op bijvoorbeeld dienstverlening op maat, het verbeteren van de klantreis, het voorkomen van terugvorderingen of het verminderen van niet-gebruik van regelingen.
  • Signaleren en adviseren: Je signaleert knelpunten en kansen vanuit uitvoeringspraktijk en vertaalt deze naar voorstellen voor beleid en verbeteringen. Je adviseert management en bestuur over beleidskeuzes en ontwikkelingen.
  • Participatie van inwoners en uitvoering: Je betrekt inwoners en medewerkers bij de ontwikkeling en evaluatie van beleid en haalt actief signalen op over wat beter kan.
  • Data en monitoring: Je volgt de cijfers rondom instroom, uitstroom en doelgroepen binnen de Participatiewet en gebruikt deze om beleidsverbeteringen te onderbouwen.
  • Contact met ketenpartners: Je werkt samen met maatschappelijke organisaties, collega-gemeenten en landelijke netwerken om beleid goed af te stemmen en te leren van elkaar.

Functie-eisen:

  • Je hebt een afgeronde relevante opleiding op minimaal hbo-niveau, bijvoorbeeld Sociaal Werk, Sociologie, Beleid en Management Gezondheidszorg, of vergelijkbaar;
  • Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring met beleidsontwikkeling binnen het sociaal domein;
  • Je hebt een brede maatschappelijke interesse en bent op de hoogte van de actuele ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied;
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, bent resultaatgericht en hebt oog voor detail;
  • Je bent een teamspeler en kunt goed samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders;

Let op: Aantoonbare werkervaring als beleidsmedewerker of beleidsadviseur bij een gemeente én ervaring met het opstellen en schrijven van beleidsplannen is een harde eis. Voldoe je niet aan deze eis, dan heeft solliciteren helaas geen zin.
