Consulent Bijzondere Bijstand (ZZP / Detachering) – Kenniscentrum Sociaal Domein

Als Consulent Bijzondere Bijstand speel jij een belangrijke rol in het wegwerken van achterstanden binnen het team Werk en Inkomen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen zorgvuldig, rechtmatig en binnen de gestelde termijnen worden afgehandeld.

In deze opdracht werk je zelfstandig aan dossiers en ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel de beoordeling van aanvragen bijzondere bijstand als het verwerken van mutaties binnen de algemene bijstand. Je toetst aanvragen aan de Participatiewet en zorgt voor duidelijke en juridisch onderbouwde besluitvorming.

Je levert een directe bijdrage aan het verbeteren van de dienstverlening, het herstellen van wettelijke termijnen en het verhogen van de klanttevredenheid.

Wat je gaat doen:

Je ondersteunt het team bij het wegwerken van achterstanden. Per opdracht kunnen de werkzaamheden verschillen, maar je kunt denken aan:

  • Het zelfstandig beoordelen van aanvragen bijzondere bijstand
  • Het opstellen van toekennings- en afwijzingsbesluiten
  • Het verwerken van mutaties binnen de algemene bijstand
  • Het uitvoeren van rechtmatigheidstoetsen
  • Het opstellen van rapportages en beschikkingen
  • Het opvragen van ontbrekende gegevens
  • Het signaleren van onrechtmatigheden en risico’s
  • Het uitvoeren van herstelwerkzaamheden binnen dossiers

Je werkt onder andere aan aanvragen zoals:

  • Bewindvoeringskosten
  • Eigen bijdrage rechtsbijstand
  • Woonkostentoeslag
  • Medische kosten
  • Duurzame gebruiksgoederen
  • Individuele Studietoeslag
  • Individuele Inkomenstoeslag

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met soortgelijke werkzaamheden binnen het sociaal domein
  • Ervaring met bijzondere bijstand en Participatiewet
  • Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving (PW, Awb, IOAW/IOAZ)
  • Ervaring met systemen zoals Suite voor Sociaal Domein, Suwinet en Key2 Burgerzaken
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch en zelfstandig
  • Je bent in staat om dossiers volledig en correct af te handelen
