Integratieconsulent Inburgering

Als Integratieconsulent begeleid je inburgeraars gedurende hun volledige inburgeringstraject. Je voert regie op een gemengde caseload van zowel gezinsmigranten als asielmigranten en ondersteunt inwoners bij hun inburgering en het zetten van stappen richting maximale participatie.

Je werkt vanuit de Wet inburgering 2021 en hebt contact met verschillende interne en externe organisaties. Je voert Brede Intakes, stelt Persoonlijke Plannen Inburgering en Participatie (PIP) op en bewaakt de voortgang van ieder traject.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Regie voeren over inburgeringstrajecten op basis van de Wet inburgering 2021;
  • Beheren van een gemengde caseload met gezinsmigranten en asielmigranten;
  • Afnemen van Brede Intakes;
  • Opstellen van Persoonlijke Plannen Inburgering en Participatie (PIP);
  • Voeren van voortgangsgesprekken met inburgeraars;
  • Afnemen van leerbaarheidstoetsen;
  • Toeleiden van inburgeraars naar passende leerroutes;
  • Begeleiden en coachen van inburgeraars gedurende hun traject;
  • Begeleiden van inwoners richting maximale participatie;
  • Bewaken van de voortgang en waar nodig bijsturen van trajecten;
  • Afstemmen met betrokken organisaties, consulenten en andere interne en externe partners;
  • Verbinden van inburgering met mogelijkheden op het gebied van werk en participatie.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Een aantoonbaar afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelorniveau (harde eis);
  • Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met het coachen en begeleiden van inwoners binnen een inburgeringstraject op grond van de Wet inburgering 2021 (harde eis);
  • Een afgeronde opleiding of training gericht op de Wet inburgering 2021 is een pré;
  • Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring op het gebied van werk, participatie en/of inburgering is een pré;
  • Een certificaat waarmee je bevoegd bent om leerbaarheidstoetsen af te nemen is een pré;
  • Beheersing van de Arabische taal op minimaal B1-niveau is een pré;
  • Ervaring met werk, participatie en/of inburgering binnen de regio Gooi en Vechtstreek is een pré;
  • Je bent uiterlijk 26 oktober beschikbaar voor 32 uur per week (harde eis);
  • Je hebt intrinsieke motivatie om met gezinsmigranten en asielmigranten te werken;
  • Je kunt zelfstandig je caseload organiseren en bewaken;
  • Je bent flexibel, creatief en beschikt over een goed zelfsturend vermogen;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt effectief schakelen met inwoners, collega’s, management en externe partners.

De werkzaamheden vinden voornamelijk op locatie plaats. Na de inwerkperiode is het in overleg mogelijk om één dag per week vanuit huis te werken.
