Wat je gaat doen:

Als kwaliteitsmedewerker Werk & Inkomen:

• voer je dossiercontroles en kwaliteitsmetingen uit;

• toets je besluiten juridisch en inhoudelijk op rechtmatigheid;

• adviseer je klantmanagers en management over complexe casuïstiek;

• stel je werkprocessen en werkinstructies op en optimaliseer je bestaande procedures;

• vertaal je wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving (met name Participatiewet) naar de uitvoering;

• actualiseer je beleidsregels en werkafspraken;

• verzorg je kennisoverdracht en instructies aan medewerkers;

• draag je bij aan het borgen van kwaliteit, uniformiteit en uitvoerbaarheid binnen het team.

Wat jij meebrengt:

• Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als kwaliteitsmedewerker Werk & Inkomen bij een gemeente;

• Recente ervaring (in de afgelopen 3 jaar) in deze rol;

• Grondige kennis van de Participatiewet en aanverwante regelgeving;

• Ervaring met kwaliteitsbewaking, juridische toetsing en procesverbetering;

• Je kunt complexe materie helder uitleggen en medewerkers coachen;

• Je werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch en oplossingsgericht;

• Je bent stevig in je advies en weet verschillende belangen te verbinden.

Belangrijk: Voor deze functie is aantoonbare werkervaring binnen het betreffende vakgebied essentieel. Als kwaliteitsmedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het toetsen van dossiers, adviseren van collega’s en het bewaken van de kwaliteit van de uitvoering. Heb je geen recente ervaring in de uitvoering van dit specifieke vakgebied, dan sluit jouw profiel helaas niet aan op deze functie en heeft solliciteren geen zin.
