Beschrijving

Als Recruiter Sociaal Domein houd jij je bezig met arbeidsbemiddeling binnen het Sociaal Domein voor gemeenten en gemeentelijke regelingen op landelijk niveau. Je gaat actief op zoek naar kandidaten met ervaring binnen de Wmo, Participatiewet en Schuldhulpverlening.

Je stelt zelfstandig vacatureteksten op en denkt mee over arbeidsmarktcampagnes. Wanneer je een passende kandidaat hebt gevonden, voer je kennismakingsgesprekken en schakel je met de accountmanager over de mogelijkheden voor een passende opdracht.

Het is belangrijk dat je het leuk vindt om in een klein team te werken en goed kunt samenwerken.

Wat ga je doen?

• Actief op zoek gaan naar kandidaten;

• Opstellen en publiceren van vacatureteksten;

• Opbouwen van talentpools;

• Screenen en selecteren van kandidaten;

• Voeren van kennismakingsgesprekken;

• Voeren van tweede gesprekken en arbeidsvoorwaardengesprekken;

• Eventueel aanbieden van kandidaten voor opdrachten;

• Afstemmen van praktische afspraken;

• Verzorgen van onboarding en begeleiding tijdens de uitvoering van opdrachten.

Wie ben jij?

• Je hebt minimaal een afgerond mbo-niveau 4-diploma;

• Je beschikt bij voorkeur over minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als recruiter bij een detacheerder

• Je bent 32-40 uur per week beschikbaar;

• Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;

• Je weet focus te houden in een dynamische werkomgeving;

• Je krijgt energie van het behalen van gezamenlijke (commerciële) doelstellingen.

Je salaris is marktconform en ligt tussen € 3.000 en € 5.470, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en werkervaring. Daarnaast krijg je een laptop en telefoon van de zaak ter beschikking. Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in Emmeloord.
