Schuldhulpverlener – Amstelveen

Als schuldhulpverlener begeleid jij inwoners bij het oplossen van hun financiële problemen en werk je aan duurzame oplossingen richting stabiliteit en zelfredzaamheid. Jij weet inwoners op een duidelijke en betrokken manier te ondersteunen tijdens het volledige schuldhulpverleningstraject.

Je brengt de financiële situatie van inwoners zorgvuldig in kaart en begeleidt hen in alle fases van het schuldhulpverleningstraject. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de schulden zelf, maar ook naar de persoonlijke situatie van de inwoner en wat er nodig is om weer grip te krijgen op de financiën.

Je voert gesprekken met inwoners, stelt plannen van aanpak op, onderhoudt contact met schuldeisers en begeleidt dossiers van intake tot afronding. Vroegsignalering maakt geen onderdeel uit van deze opdracht.

Wat je gaat doen:

Je ondersteunt inwoners bij hun financiële situatie. Per opdracht kunnen de werkzaamheden verschillen, maar je kunt denken aan:

  • Het voeren van intakegesprekken met inwoners
  • Het in kaart brengen van schulden en de financiële situatie
  • Het begeleiden van inwoners in alle fases van het schuldhulpverleningstraject
  • Het opstellen van plannen van aanpak
  • Het onderhouden van contact met schuldeisers en ketenpartners
  • Het begeleiden van minnelijke trajecten
  • Het opstellen van rapportages en zorgdragen voor een juiste administratieve afhandeling

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Ervaring als schuldhulpverlener is een must
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met alle fases van schuldhulpverlening
  • Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving binnen de schuldhulpverlening
  • Ervaring met het begeleiden van inwoners met schuldenproblematiek
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en empathisch vermogen
  • Je werkt zorgvuldig, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht
