About the Role

As the Bar Manager of our signature Restaurant & Bar, you are the driving force behind an elevated beverage program that reflects the essence of a luxury dining destination. You oversee the full operation of the bar, leading the team, curating the cocktail identity, managing financial performance and ensuring every beverage served meets world-class standards.

You shape the guest experience at the bar through creativity, consistency, and service excellence, while ensuring operational discipline, cost efficiency and flawless execution. As a leader, you inspire and mentor bartenders and bar backs, foster a culture of hospitality, and collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager, Sommelier and Executive Chef to deliver a memorable and cohesive culinary journey.

Main Responsibilities

Bar Operations & Guest Experience

  • Lead and manage the full bar operation, ensuring exceptional product quality, service

consistency, and guest satisfaction.

  • Engage with guests, providing tailored recommendations and luxury-level personalization.
  • Ensure flawless beverage preparation, presentation, and service standards.
  • Maintain a refined bar ambiance and uphold premium hospitality values.

Menu Development & Beverage Innovation

  • Develop seasonal cocktail menus, signature beverages, and premium activations aligned

with the flagship restaurant concept.

  • Maintain precise recipe guidelines, preparation standards, and portion controls for all

beverages.

  • Collaborate with marketing and F&B leadership to support events, pop-ups, pairings,

signature nights, and brand activations.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Train, coach, and evaluate bartenders and bar backs on mixology, beverage knowledge,

service techniques, and standards.

  • Participate in scheduling, onboarding, and performance management for the bar team.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Inventory, Cost Control & Supplier Management

  • Manage bar inventory, stock rotation, ordering processes, and supplier relationships.
  • Implement cost-control measures, monitor beverage KPIs, minimize wastage, and

support financial targets.

  • Ensure proper maintenance of bar equipment, tools, and glassware.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations, licensing laws, and internal SOPs.
  • Maintain strict hygiene compliance and proper alcohol service standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership position within a premium or luxury bar

environment.

  • Fluent in English, additional languages considered a strong advantage.
  • Professional appearance and refined communication style.
  • Flexibility for shift-based schedules (evenings, events, activations).
  • Strong operational discipline and attention to detail.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced mixology knowledge and ability to design innovative beverage concepts.
  • Strong understanding of stock management, beverage costing, and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and bar management tools.
  • Expertise in recipe development, portion control, and beverage presentation.

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and manage a diverse bar
  • team.
  • Confident communicator with a guest-centric mindset.
  • Luxury-level presentation and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain high standards during peak service.
