About the Role

As the Beach Manager, you lead one of the resort’s most dynamic environments, overseeing all operations, service standards and team performance at the Beach Club. You ensure guests enjoy a seamless, stylish beach experience with impeccable service, comfort and safety. You manage teams across service, housekeeping support, bar operations and beach logistics, ensuring the space reflects the sophistication and energy of a world-class luxury destination.

Main Responsibilities

Beach Operations & Guest Experience

  • Lead and manage all Beach operations, ensuring elevated service delivery throughout the day.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized service.
  • Manage beach seating plans, guest flow and VIP arrangements.
  • Oversee the delivery of premium guest experiences and beach services.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly, professionally, and discreetly.

Team Leadership & People Management

  • Supervise and support Beach Waiters, Runners, and all beach personnel.
  • Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational objectives and service expectations.
  • Monitor staff performance, grooming standards, and professional conduct.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Support onboarding, training, coaching, and development initiatives.

Operational Excellence & Standards

  • Ensure beach cleanliness, lounger setup, towel presentation, and overall area readiness.
  • Monitor beach zoning, sunbed allocation, walkway accessibility, and operational organization.
  • Maintain luxury presentation standards across all beach facilities and guest-facing areas.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams when required to ensure flawless operations.

Food & Beverage Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with F&B teams to maintain service efficiency, product quality, and consistency.
  • Ensure service flow, and operational preparedness throughout the day.
  • Monitor stock availability and equipment condition within the beach operation.
  • Support upselling initiatives, premium experiences, and revenue-generating activities.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate with Lifeguards and other operational departments to ensure guest safety.
  • Monitor beach operations to maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of leadership experience in luxury beach clubs or lifestyle venues.
  • Fluent in Greek and English and additional languages are considered an advantage.
  • Excellent service mentality and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume outdoor operations.
  • Professional appearance and strong guest engagement skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and seasonal schedules.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of luxury beach club operations.
  • Knowledge of guest flow management, beach logistics, and service standards.
  • Experience in team scheduling, staffing coordination, and operational supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple service areas simultaneously.

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Guest-centric mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
