What you will do

As an Elevate Program Tech & Data Co-op, you will support the evolution and delivery of digital tools that turn consumer complaints, feedback, and inquiries into actionable quality and product insights. You will work with Quality, business, design, and Digital & Analytics partners to test new Power BI and AI-enabled capabilities, document results, and help prepare releases for successful adoption.

ROLE IMPACT: Help ensure new Elevate features are accurately tested, clearly documented, and ready for business use.

Key responsibilities:

  • Execute structured QA and user acceptance testing for Elevate Power BI dashboards, chatbot capabilities, sentiment analysis, and future program enhancements.
  • Create and maintain test scenarios, test scripts, expected results, execution evidence, and clear defect documentation.
  • Validate that technical implementations meet approved business and functional requirements, including data accuracy, filters, visualizations, user experience, and chatbot responses.
  • Reproduce issues, document bugs with sufficient detail, track corrective actions, and retest fixes in partnership with Digital & Analytics teams.
  • Support requirements gathering by capturing business needs, organizing feedback, and translating discussions into concise functional documentation.
  • Assist with validation of dashboard redesigns and new views, and additional data integrations.
  • Analyze test results and program data to identify patterns, inconsistencies, usability gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare concise status updates, testing summaries, presentations, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
  • Help update user guides, screenshots, training materials, release communications, and short training videos for new functionality.
  • Support Train-the-Trainer sessions, broader user training, office hours, access requests, and post-release hypercare activities.
  • Collaborate across Quality, business, design, and technical teams while managing multiple priorities and meeting agreed deliverables.

What you will learn:

  • How a global digital product progresses from business requirements through design, build, QA, UAT, release, and adoption.
  • Practical application of data visualization, generative AI, consumer insights, and product-quality analytics in a regulated consumer-health environment.
  • How to communicate technical findings clearly and work effectively across business and technology teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game
