Join Our Team as a Patient Care Coordinator @ Newberry Vision Center, located at 1716 W Virginia St, McKinney, TX 75069 Are you someone who thrives on making people feel welcome and cared for? Do you love creating positive first impressions and being the go-to person for support? At Newberry Vision Center, our Mission is to Save Eyes & Spark Joy! We’re looking for a warm, organized, and patient-focused individual to be the heartbeat of our front desk.  As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear. You’ll help create a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, making every visit feel personal and stress-free.  Competitive & guaranteed hourly rate + benefits + being a part of an amazing environment! Pay & Schedule:

$17-20/hour Monday - Friday hours, NO WEEKENDS!

What You’ll Be Doing: 

Be the welcoming voice on the phone, helping patients with scheduling and questions  Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth  Keep things running smoothly with efficient front desk operations  Support patient flow with strong multitasking and time management skills 

What We’re Looking For: 

1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus!) Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor  Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems  A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills
