We pride ourselves on delivering premium, reliable cleaning and maintenance services to a wide portfolio of corporate clients across the region. To support our continuous growth and ensure our exceptionally high service standards, we are looking for a structured and energetic Business Operations Coordinator to join our operational team.

About the Role

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail oriented Business Operations Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the central link between our office, our valued client accounts, and our dedicated field teams. You will drive operational efficiency, ensure high-quality service delivery, and lead our field staff to success on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

* Operational Scheduling: Oversee and manage weekly and monthly staff shift scheduling to ensure optimal workforce distribution across all client locations.

* Quality Assurance Audits: Conduct systematic on-site inspections using established company checklists to guarantee that service delivery consistently meets our strict contractual standards.

* Team Leadership & Support: Act as the primary operational point of contact for field staff, effectively resolving daily issues and fostering collaborative teamwork.

* Performance Metrics & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of team attendance, monitor job completion timelines, and report operational progress to management.

* Account Coordination: Manage client relationships, review service evaluation data, and maintain all corporate account and contract documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Education: A relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business Management, Business Administration, or similar commercial fields).

* Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.

* Language: Fluency in professional English (both written and spoken) is required.

* IT Literacy: Solid proficiency in everyday computer tools, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and dedicated digital scheduling systems.
