Diese spannenden Aufgaben erwarten dich:

  • Du planst, konzipierst und realisierst eigenständig Kundenschulungen für Neu- und Bestandskunden. Die Themenvielfalt reicht dabei von A wie Antastzyklen bis W wie Wartungsschulungen. Auch die Nachbereitung der Trainings fällt in deinen Aufgabenbereich.
  • Mit einem geschulten Blick für Kundenwünsche und -anliegen entwickelst du unser Schulungsangebot kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Bei Live-Demonstrationen und Kundenabnahmen unserer Bearbeitungszentren überzeugst du durch Fachkompetenz und Praxisnähe.
  • Die Aufbereitung der Schulungsinhalte gelingt dir anschaulich und verständlich – sowohl im persönlichen Kontakt als auch in Form professioneller Schulungsunterlagen.
  • In enger Abstimmung mit Vertrieb und Marketing übernimmst du die Planung und Betreuung unserer Messeauftritte.

Was uns wichtig ist & und was dir helfen kann:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf, z.B. Industriemechaniker, Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Fräsbearbeitung sowie Maschinenbedienung mit. Eine Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker (m/w/d) ist von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute CNC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit Heidenhain-Steuerungen, sowie fundierte CAD/CAM-Erfahrung – idealerweise mit Open Mind (hyperMill) oder Autodesk (Fusion) – zeichnet dich aus.
  • Die Vermittlung von Wissen in der Erwachsenenbildung bereitet dir Freude; erste Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich sind wünschenswert.
  • Du bist bereit zu reisen – sowohl national als auch international – und fühlst dich im direkten Kundenkontakt wohl.
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit rundet dein Profil ab.
  • Du kommunizierst Deutsch (min. C1-Niveau) und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift.
