Du gibst unseren CNC-Hochpräzisionsmaschinen ihren letzten Feinschliff und hinterlässt den Fingerabdruck, der KERN Qualität weltweit erlebbar macht.

Diese spannenden Aufgaben erwarten dich:

  • Du nimmst unsere CNC-Hochpräzisionsmaschinen in Betrieb und begleitest sie bis zur erfolgreichen Maschinenabnahme an unserem Standort in Eschenlohe.
  • Die Installation und Parametrierung der Maschinen-Software gehört ebenso zu deinem Aufgabenbereich wie die Inbetriebnahme von Motoren, Achsen, Spindeln, Aggregaten und Automatisierungslösungen.
  • Mit modernster Mess- und Prüftechnik sorgst du dafür, dass jede Maschine die außergewöhnliche Präzision erreicht, für die KERN weltweit bekannt ist.
  • Testroutinen, Qualitätsprüfungen sowie die Analyse und Dokumentation von Messergebnissen führst du eigenständig durch und übernimmst die systematische Fehleranalyse und -behebung.
  • Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen entwickelst du unsere Montage- und Inbetriebnahmeprozesse kontinuierlich weiter und bringst eigene Ideen zur Optimierung ein.

Was uns wichtig ist & und was dir helfen kann:

  • Du hast eine technische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder in einem vergleichbaren Berufsfeld, erfolgreich abgeschlossen und idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister (m/w/d) absolviert.
  • Mechanik, Elektronik und Software faszinieren dich gleichermaßen und erste Kenntnisse in Pneumatik und Hydraulik runden dein technisches Verständnis ab.
  • Mit deiner sorgfältigen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise sowie einem ausgeprägten Qualitätsbewusstsein stellst du höchste Präzision sicher.
  • Komplexe technische Zusammenhänge begeistern dich und idealerweise konntest du bereits Erfahrungen mit CNC-Steuerungen, insbesondere Heidenhain TNC 640 oder TNC 7, sammeln.
  • Der Umgang mit technischen Softwarelösungen, Messprogrammen oder Analysetools fällt dir leicht und du arbeitest dich schnell in neue Systeme ein.
  • Du schätzt den Austausch mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen, teilst dein Wissen gerne und arbeitest gemeinsam an der besten technischen Lösung.
