Haluatko olla rakentamassa yritysasiakkaille henkilövakuutusratkaisuja, joilla teemme vakuuttamisesta entistä toimivampaa, selkeämpää ja kilpailukykyisempää?

Etsimme nyt kehityspäällikköä yritysasiakkaiden henkilövakuutuksiin vahvistamaan asiantuntevaa tiimiämme.

Tässä tehtävässä pääset työskentelemään näköalapaikalla vakuutusliiketoiminnan, tuotekehityksen ja järjestelmäkehityksen rajapinnassa. Vaikutat konkreettisesti siihen, millaisia henkilövakuutusratkaisuja tarjoamme yritysasiakkaillemme nyt ja tulevaisuudessa.

Mitä tehtävässä pääset tekemään?

Kehityspäällikkönä vastaat Turvan yritysasiakkaiden henkilövakuutustuotteista kokonaisvaltaisesti. Työsi kattaa sekä lakisääteiset että vapaaehtoiset henkilövakuutukset, ja toimit asiantuntijana niin liiketoiminnan, kehityshankkeiden kuin sidosryhmäyhteistyönkin parissa.

Tehtävässä:

  • osallistut tuote- ja järjestelmäkehitykseen sekä järjestelmätestaukseen
  • kehität vakuutusliiketoimintaa yhdessä eri sidosryhmien kanssa
  • vastaat tuotteiden sisällöistä, hinnoitteluun liittyvistä ratkaisuista ja materiaalien ylläpidosta
  • toimit asiantuntijana sisäisille asiakkaille, yhteistyökumppaneille ja erityisasiakkaille
  • tuotat analyysejä, raportteja ja selvityksiä päätöksenteon tueksi
  • osallistut henkilövakuutuksiin liittyvään sidosryhmätyöhön
  • kehität uusia ratkaisuja yhdessä Turvan ja LähiTapiola-ryhmän asiantuntijoiden kanssa.

Edellytämme

Menestyt tehtävässä, jos sinulla on:

  • hyvä tuntemus lakisääteisestä työtapaturma- ja ammattitautivakuuttamisesta
  • ymmärrystä vakuuttamiseen liittyvistä järjestelmistä ja rajapinnoista
  • kokemusta tuotekehityksestä tai muusta kehittämistyöstä
  • kykyä tarkastella liiketoimintaa analyyttisesti ja kokonaisvaltaisesti
  • sujuvat kirjalliset ja suulliset viestintätaidot
  • oma-aloitteinen, ratkaisukeskeinen ja yhteistyökykyinen työskentelyote.

Arvostamme lisäksi kokemusta henkilövakuutuksista, riskinvalinnasta tai hinnoittelusta sekä CICS- ja GW-vakuutusjärjestelmien tuntemusta.
