Dirbdamas (-a) Klientų Aptarnavimo Vadybininku (-e), jūs:

  • Bendrausite su klientais telefonu ir elektroniniu paštu, užtikrindami profesionalų ir operatyvų jų užklausų sprendimą.
  • Spręsite su užsakymų vykdymu susijusius klausimus ir iškilusias problemas, ieškodami efektyviausių sprendimų.
  • Bendradarbiausite su kitomis įmonės komandomis, kad užsakymų procesas vyktų sklandžiai ir klientų poreikiai būtų tinkamai įgyvendinti.
  • Atstovausite įmonei bendraudami su klientais ir prisidėsite prie aukštos kokybės klientų aptarnavimo patirties kūrimo.
