  • Ieškoti kūrybiškų ir įtraukiančių formatų, skatinančių aktyvų darbuotojų dalyvavimą;
  • Stebėti įgyvendinamų iniciatyvų efektyvumą, analizuoti darbuotojų grįžtamąjį ryšį ir vertinti jų kuriamą vertę;
  • Prisidėti prie pozityvios darbuotojų patirties kūrimo skirtinguose darbuotojo kelionės etapuose.
