Om Rollen

Vi söker nu en administratör till ett tidsbegränsat kundberikningsprojekt på vår kundservice i Eskilstuna.

I rollen kommer du att arbeta med att samla in, kvalitetssäkra och uppdatera kunduppgifter i våra system. En viktig del av arbetet innebär att kontakta kunder via telefon för att komplettera och säkerställa att vi har rätt information registrerad. Genom ditt arbete bidrar du till att skapa hög kvalitet i våra kundregister och ge verksamheten rätt förutsättningar att erbjuda bästa möjliga service.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att:

• Samla in, registrera och uppdatera kundinformation i vårt affärssystem • Kvalitetssäkra befintliga kunduppgifter • Kontakta kunder via telefon för att verifiera och komplettera information • Dokumentera och följa upp insamlad information • Arbeta strukturerat mot uppsatta mål och tidsplaner

Tjänsten är placerad i Eskilstuna och avser ett tidsbegränsat uppdrag på cirka 3-5 månader. Arbetet sker dagtid och det finns möjlighet till både hel- och deltidsarbete.

För att trivas och lyckas i rollen tror vi att du är en noggrann och strukturerad person som tycker om att kombinera administration med kundkontakt.

Vi söker dig som:

• Har erfarenhet av kundservice, kundkontakt eller liknande administrativt arbete • Är bekväm med att kontakta kunder via telefon • Har god dator- och systemvana • Är noggrann, kvalitetsmedveten och arbetar strukturerat • Kan arbeta självständigt och ta ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter • Trivs med att arbeta mot tydliga mål • Har ett positivt, professionellt och serviceinriktat bemötande • Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska i tal och skrift

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av arbete i affärssystem eller med kundregister.
