Peamised tööülesanded:

  • K-rauta klientidele kõrgetasemelise ja positiivse kliendikogemuse pakkumise tagamine;
  • kliendikogemuse parandamisega seotud projektide ja tegevuste juhtimine ning koordineerimine;
  • igapäevase koostöö ja infovahetuse korraldamine kõnekeskusega;
  • kliendikogemust puudutavate andmete kogumine ja analüüsimine ning regulaarsete aruannete koostamine (nt NPS, testostud).

Sobid hästi, kui Sul on:

  • tugev kliendikesksus ning varasem kokkupuude klienditeeninduse või kliendikogemuse valdkonnaga;
  • suurepärane suuline ja kirjalik väljendusoskus ning praktiline ja tegus „teeme ära“ hoiak;
  • väga hea eesti keele oskus ning vähemalt kesktasemel inglise keele oskus nii suuliselt kui ka kirjalikult;
  • head arvutioskused ning oskus kasutada Excelit, Wordi ja teisi Microsoft Office’i programme;
  • B-kategooria juhiluba ning valmisolek tööga seotud sõitudeks.
