"Senukai" pradeda ilgalaikę talentų programą "100 talentų Lietuvai" – per artimiausius 5 metus į organizaciją siekiame pritraukti 100 talentų, kurie prisidės prie vienos didžiausių Baltijos šalių įmonių verslo transformacijos šiose srityse: dirbtinio intelekto, duomenų analitikos, skaitmenizacijos, tiekimo grandinės, marketingo, komercijos, e.komercijos ir verslo transformacijos.

Tai viena didžiausių privataus sektoriaus talentų pritraukimo iniciatyvų Lietuvoje – per penkerius metus į programą ir jos dalyvių ugdymą planuojama investuoti 6 mln. eurų, o programa laikoma vienu svarbiausių "Senukai" ilgalaikės verslo transformacijos strategijos elementų.

Talentų programa skirta patirties turintiems specialistams, norintiems greitai įsitraukti į strateginius projektus ir jau per pirmus 12 mėnesių prisidėti prie organizacijos transformacijos. Sėkmingai baigus 12 mėnesių programos laikotarpį, atsivers galimybė toliau plėtoti karjerą įmonėje Baltijos šalių mastu.
