Ieškome strategiškai mąstančio ir į verslo poreikius orientuoto IT produktų grupės vadovo (-ės), kuris (-i) vadovautų verslo procesų skaitmenizavimo, optimizavimo ir nuolatinio tobulinimo iniciatyvoms, pasitelkiant produktų valdymą, procesų efektyvinimą bei duomenimis grįstų sprendimų priėmimą.

Šioje pozicijoje būsite atsakingas (-a) už produktų grupės strategijos kūrimą ir įgyvendinimą, ilgalaikės produktų vizijos formavimą bei verslo vertės didinimą, suderinant technologijų galimybes, verslo tikslus ir klientų poreikius. Veikdamas (-a) kaip strateginis partneris verslo padaliniams, inicijuosite ir įgyvendinsite skaitmenizavimo projektus, prisidėsite prie veiklos efektyvumo didinimo ir organizacijoje stiprinsite į produktą orientuotą požiūrį.

Pagrindinės atsakomybės:

  • formuoti ir įgyvendinti produktų grupės strategiją, viziją, vystymo planą (roadmap) ir produktų portfelį, užtikrinant jų atitiktį verslo tikslams;
  • vadovauti ir ugdyti tarpdisciplinines produktų komandas, užtikrinant efektyvų prioritetų valdymą ir verslo vertės kūrimą;
  • inicijuoti ir įgyvendinti verslo procesų skaitmenizavimo, optimizavimo ir automatizavimo sprendimus, glaudžiai bendradarbiaujant su verslo padaliniais bei modeliuojant procesus nuo pradžios iki pabaigos;
  • valdyti produktų darbų sąrašus (product backlogs), nustatyti ir stebėti pagrindinius veiklos rodiklius (KPI), analizuoti rezultatus bei užtikrinti nuolatinį tobulinimą, remiantis duomenimis;
  • bendradarbiauti su programinės įrangos kūrimo komandomis, architektais, verslo vadovais ir kitais produktų vadovais, siekiant kurti aukštos kokybės sprendimus ir įgyvendinti organizacijos skaitmeninės transformacijos strategiją;
  • užtikrinti į klientą orientuotą produktų vystymą, subalansuojant verslo poreikius, naudotojų patirtį, kokybę, terminus ir turimus išteklius.

Tikimės, kad:

  • turite ne mažesnę nei 5 metų patirtį produktų valdymo (Product Management), produkto savininko (Product Owner) ar panašioje produktų lyderystės srityje, kuriant ir vystant skaitmeninius produktus;
  • esate sėkmingai vadovavęs (-usi) tarpdisciplininėms komandoms, dirbęs (-usi) su įvairiomis suinteresuotosiomis šalimis bei formavęs (-usi) produktų strategiją, vystymo planus ir prioritetus;
  • gerai išmanote Agile metodologijas (Scrum, SAFe) ir į produktą orientuoto vystymo praktikas;
  • gerai suprantate verslo procesų valdymą (BPM), procesų optimizavimą ir veiklos valdymą pagal KPI principus;
  • pasižymite stipriu analitiniu ir strateginiu mąstymu, puikiais komunikacijos ir bendradarbiavimo įgūdžiais;
  • laisvai bendraujate anglų kalba žodžiu ir raštu;
  • Agile, Scrum, SAFe, CSPO, PSPO ar BPM sertifikatai būtų laikomi privalumu.

Darbo užmokestis:
