Šioje pozicijoje būsite atsakingas už kainodaros produkto transformacijos formavimą ir įgyvendinimą, produkto konkurencingumą, komercinį efektyvumą ir pelningumą. Atskirų projektų ir iniciatyvų vykdymo koordinavimą. Dirbsite tiesioginėje sąveikoje su komercija, IT, procesais, finansais ir e-komercija.

Jūsų atsakomybės:

  • Sudaryti ir valdyti kainodaros transformacijos planą – koordinuojant iniciatyvų eigą, terminus ir atsakomybes visuose darbo srautuose.
  • Įgyvendinti automatizuotą kainų nustatymo sistemą – pereinant nuo rankinio proceso prie sisteminės kainodaros, diegiant konkurentiškumo, pelningumo ir perkainavimo logiką.
  • Stebėti konkurentų kainų politiką ir klientų kainų suvokimą, identifikuoti rinkos galimybes ir inicijuoti atitinkamus kainodaros sprendimus.
  • Plėtoti akcijų mechanizmus – įvedant naujus kampanijų tipus, koreguojant esamus ir užtikrinant jų suderinamumą su kainodaros strategijomis.
  • Valdyti lojalumo programų kainodaros sąlygas.
  • Matuoti kainodaros sprendimų poveikį pardavimams ir pelnui, identifikuoti nukrypimus nuo tikslinių rodiklių ir inicijuoti korekcinius veiksmus.
  • Identifikuoti kainodaros sistemos rizikas ir neoptimalius procesus, teikti sprendimus jų šalinimui.
  • Koordinuoti IT, finansų, kategorijų valdymo ir e-komercijos padalinių darbą; užtikrinti skaidrią komunikaciją vadovybei ir akcininkams.
  • Suburti, vadovauti ir ugdyti komandą — formuojant atsakomybės kultūrą ir kompetencijas, reikalingas kainodaros sistemos nuolatiniam tobulinimui.

Tikimės, kad turite:

  • Aukštąjį išsilavinimą ekonomikos, finansų ar verslo vadybos srityse.
  • Daugiau nei 3 metų patirtį kainodaroje, komercinėje analizėje arba produkto valdyme mažmeninėje prekyboje ar e-komercijoje.
  • Stiprų analitinį ir kritinį mąstymą – gebėjimą vertinti verslo taisyklių sistemas jų finansinių ir operacinių pasekmių kontekste.
  • Orientaciją į rezultatą, aukštą savarankiškumą ir iniciatyvumą, gebėjimą dirbti dinamiškoje aplinkoje.
  • Tvirtą komunikaciją ir gerus derybinius įgūdžius.
  • Puikias anglų kalbos žinios (žodžiu ir raštu).

Darbo užmokestis:

4100 – 5700 € (bruto, neatskaičius mokesčių). Galutinis atlygis derinamas individualiai, atsižvelgiant į kandidato patirtį.
