👉 Praktikos metu:

  • Susipažinsi su organizacijos vystymo ir ugdymo grupės darbu ir pagrindiniais darbuotojų ugdymo procesais;
  • Prisidėsi prie naujos darbuotojų mokymosi valdymo sistemos (LMS) diegimo darbų;
  • Padėsi organizuoti vidinius mokymus – nuo praktinių organizacinių darbų iki informacijos paruošimo;
  • Suvesi ir sisteminsi duomenis po mokymų, padėsi užtikrinti, kad informacija būtų tvarkinga ir atnaujinta;
  • Prisidėsi prie kasdienių organizacijos vystymo ir ugdymo grupės užduočių ir įvairių su darbuotojų įtraukimu susijusių iniciatyvų;
  • Dalyvausi komandos susitikimuose, galėsi užduoti klausimus, mokytis ir palaipsniui išbandyti savarankiškas užduotis.
