Jūsų laukia dinamiška ir reikšminga veikla: rinkos tendencijų stebėsena, pardavimų rezultatų analizė, naujų galimybių identifikavimas bei sprendimai, užtikrinantys tvarų kategorijų augimą.

Tavo atsakomybės:

  • Užtikrinti efektyvią kuruojamos prekių kategorijos veiklą: analizuoti pirkimo ir pardavimo rodiklius, stebėti kainas ir prekių charakteristikas, valdyti asortimento pokyčius;
  • Kurti kategorijos strategiją: formuoti kainodarą, sudaryti marketingo planus, valdyti pardavimų skatinimo rodiklius;
  • Bendradarbiauti su esamais tiekėjais ir ieškoti naujų, vesti derybas;
  • Sudaryti pirkimo sutartis ir kontroliuoti sutartinių įsipareigojimų vykdymą;
  • Dalyvauti parodose, analizuoti rinką ir priimti su ja susijusius sprendimus;
  • Teikti pasiūlymus, susijusius su prekių grupės procesų efektyvumo gerinimu.

Tikimės, kad

  • Esate dirbę su prekių kategorijų valdymu (asortimento formavimas, kainodaros sprendimai, pardavimų analizė) arba turite teorinių žinių šioje srityje;
  • Gebate analizuoti duomenis ir pateikti įžvalgas, remiantis pardavimų rodikliais;
  • Turite patirties derybose ir galite pateikti konkrečius pavyzdžius;
  • Laisvai komunikuojate lietuvių ir anglų kalba.

Darbo užmokestis:

Nuo 2 809,91 EUR iki 3 636,36 EUR (BRUTO, neatskaičius mokesčių).

Galutinis atlygis derinamas individualiai, atsižvelgiant į kandidato patirtį.

Ketvirtinė bonusų sistema, priklausanti nuo rezultatų.
