Šioje pozicijoje būsite atsakingas (-a) už dalyvavimą viešųjų pirkimų konkursuose, konkursinės dokumentacijos rengimą bei užtikrinimą, kad pateikiami pasiūlymai atitiktų visus keliamus reikalavimus. Jūsų kasdienė veikla apims viešųjų pirkimų dokumentų analizę, komercinių pasiūlymų rengimą, bendravimą su klientais bei viso pasiūlymo teikimo proceso koordinavimą ir priežiūrą, laikantis galiojančių teisės aktų.

Tavo atsakomybės:

  • Dirbsi su priskirtu viešojo sektoriaus klientų portfeliu - kursi ir palaikysi ilgalaikius santykius;
  • Bendrausi su klientais, identifikuosi jų poreikius ir pasiūlysi tinkamiausius sprendimus;
  • Rengsi komercinius pasiūlymus, dalyvausi derybose bei koordinuosi sutarčių sudarymo procesą;
  • Stebėsi klientų skelbiamus viešuosius pirkimus, analizuosi pirkimų sąlygas ir valdysi pasiūlymų teikimo procesą CVP IS sistemoje;
  • Bendradarbiausi su kitais įmonės padaliniais - kartu rinksime informaciją, reikalingus dokumentus ir ieškosime geriausių sprendimų klientams;
  • Kasdienėje veikloje glaudžiai bendradarbiausi su aptarnavimo vadybininku ir tiekimo komanda.

Tikimės, kad:

  • Turi patirties dirbant su viešojo sektoriaus klientais (B2B patirtis - privalumas);
  • Gebi savarankiškai planuoti ir valdyti pardavimų procesą;
  • Turi žinių ir praktinės patirties dirbant su CVP IS sistema - gebi stebėti konkursus, analizuoti pirkimų sąlygas, sekti terminus ir koordinuoti procesus;
  • Atsakingai žiūri į dokumentų rengimą ir pasiūlymų pateikimą - tikslumas ir kokybė yra tavo stiprybės;
  • Pasižymi puikiais bendravimo, derybų ir santykių palaikymo įgūdžiais;
  • Turi darbo su CRM sistemomis patirties (privalumas);
  • Puikiai moki lietuvių kalbą žodžiu ir raštu, anglų kalbos žinios - privalumas.

Darbo užmokestis:

1900 - 2100 € (bruto, neatskaičius mokesčių).

Galutinis atlygis derinamas individualiai, atsižvelgiant į kandidato patirtį. Mokama pastovi darbo užmokesčio dalis ir kintama, kuri priklauso nuo pasiektų pardavimo rezultatų.
