Dann starte dein Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr (FSJ) bei uns – mit echter Verantwortung, persönlicher Begleitung und ganz nah am Menschen.

Dein FSJ bei Kessler-Handorn

Als regionales Pflege-Unternehmen begleiten wir Seniorinnen und Senioren in verschiedenen Wohn- und Pflegeformen – von der ambulanten Versorgung bis zur stationären Pflege.

Während deines FSJ wirst du fester Bestandteil unseres Teams. Du erhältst umfassende Einblicke in den Pflegealltag, übernimmst verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben im Rahmen deiner Möglichkeiten und entwickelst dich fachlich wie persönlich weiter.

Je nach Interesse und Einsatzbereich kannst du verschiedene Bereiche kennenlernen:

  • Stationäre Pflege (z. B. Seniorenhaus Siegelbach oder Wohn- und Pflegeheim Kaiserslautern)
  • Ambulante Pflege

Das erwartet dich

  • Unterstützung unserer Pflege- und Betreuungskräfte im Alltag
  • Begleitung und Betreuung älterer Menschen
  • Mithilfe bei der Grundpflege (z. B. Mobilisation, Begleitung im Alltag)
  • Unterstützung bei Beschäftigungs- und Aktivierungsangeboten
  • Einblick in organisatorische Abläufe und Dokumentation
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit im multiprofessionellen Team

Du übernimmst Aufgaben entsprechend deiner Fähigkeiten und wirst dabei kontinuierlich angeleitet und begleitet.

Vorkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich – wichtig sind Motivation, Engagement und Interesse am sozialen Bereich.

  • Taschengeld: gemäß den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen
