OPERATOR

Als Procesoperator heb je een zeer belangrijke en verantwoordelijke rol een stuur je verschillende productieprocessen aan. Je bent verantwoordelijkheid voor het besturen en bewaken van deze processen en het beheersen van de kwaliteit van de producten. Als procesoperator werk je altijd veilig en ben je scherp. De procesoperator werkt volgens het 5-ploegendienstrooster

Functie-inhoud

  • Inzetbaar binnen verschillende area’s van de fabrieken;
  • Werkt conform bedrijfs- en veiligheidsvoorschriften;
  • Controleert en bestuurt het productieproces conform planning en instructies;
  • Regelt en bestuurt op efficiënte wijze het productieproces m.b.v. meet- en regelpaneel;
  • Onderhoudt continu contact met de Operators in het veld ten aanzien van bijzonderheden;
  • Draagt zorg voor het schoonhouden van machines en de werkplekken in de ploegendienst;
  • Verricht eenvoudige analyses met behulp van diverse meetapparatuur;
  • Fungeert als vraagbaak voor de operators I;
  • Overlegt met de Sr. Operator c.q. supervisor Shift over bijzondere situaties en de te realiseren productie hoeveelheden en informeert de Sr Operator over de gang van zaken en bijzonderheden bij diens afwezigheid. Functie-eisen
  • In het bezit van het diploma Vapro-B of hoger;
  • Ervaring in de productie als operator;
  • Beheersen van meerdere area’s (zowel in het veld als achter het paneel);
  • Inzetbaar voor de BNO;
  • Stressbestendig;
  • Zelfstandig werkzaamheden uit kunnen voeren;
  • Flexibel en aantoonbare goede communicatieve vaardigheden (teamplayer);
  • Ervaring met moderne informatiesystemen (o.a. MS office en SAP)

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Marktconform salaris, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring;
  • Ploegentoeslag van 28,5%;
  • Verlofcompensatie 3,5% (in te ruilen voor 61 ATV uren);
  • Pensioen volledig betaald door Ketjen;
  • Vaste eindejaarsuitkering van 7,5%.
