We are here to intercept them in the talking stage, way before things get messy.

The Playbook:

Faltu ka gyan nahi, just pure science. Every MetaGO journey kicks off with a massive 35 plus biomarker deep dive. From there, we bring in the heavy hitters like endocrinologists, cardiologists, and internal med experts to craft a highly personalized roadmap. Throw in GLP 1 therapies when clinically right, killer fitness coaching, and track it all seamlessly on the MetaGO app. With absolute legends like Dr. Kaushal Patel leading our medical board, apna health scene poora sorted hai.

The Growth & Product Team:

Where the GO of MetaGO happens ! This is the engine room. Yahan sirf hustle aur main character energy chalti hai. Everything a member, doctor, coach, or ops teammate touches is cooked up and owned right here. You are not just shipping minor updates, you are building the entire ecosystem.

Here is what you will be driving:

The AI Frontier: We are going full sci fi. You will be building out next level AI Health and Fitness Coaches, AI driven Sales flows, predictive AI alert content marketing, hyper intelligent chatbots, human like AI voice calls, and even tapping into AI video generation. Sab kuch smart, sab kuch next level.

Omni Channel Tooling: Building the ultimate operating systems that make workflows totally makhan for every internal squad. You will own the CRM and tech for Acquisition, Sales, Customer Success and Support, Medical Operations, and Supply Chain Management.

The MetaGO App: The daily companion keeping our members on track.

The Meds Pipeline: The zero friction logistics network getting meds from a prescription pad straight to a member's doorstep.

The Data Brain: The ultimate platform connecting every single consult, lab report, dose, and weigh in.

What we are looking for:

Leadership: You enjoy leading from the front and really value stakeholder relationships.

Strategy: You can lay out a product vision and a multi year strategy that gets everyone hyped to build.

Execution: You know how to break down that big strategy into well prioritized quarterly roadmaps and actually get things done.

Data backed decisions: You can ask the right questions and let the numbers guide your moves.

Business Acumen: You are here to build a massive business, not just ship random product features.

Technical Proficiency: You can sit with the engineering squad and actually influence the design and architecture.
