BUSINESS DEVELOPER (ACCOUNTMANAGER) OMGEVING LEIDEN – DEN HAAG

“For those with character”. Daarom ben jij geknipt voor deze rol. Als Accountmanager voor de meest vooraanstaande leverancier van hoogwaardige haarcosmetica help jij jouw klanten bij het signaleren én verzilveren van commerciële kansen. Daarvoor beschik je over de best mogelijke tools in de vorm van een compleet assortiment hoogwaardige producten aangevuld met strategisch advies over Educatie, Management, Sales en Marketing. Keune biedt veel tools om dit mogelijk te maken, waaronder investeringsmogelijkheden zodat zij kunnen blijven groeien.

Voor ondernemende kappers ben jij hun persoonlijke businesspartner. Deze verantwoordelijkheid draag jij met flair en zelfvertrouwen. Zo houd jij je bezig met het verder ontwikkelen van de beste kapsalons in Nederland en laat je Keune floreren in het midden- en hoog-segment. Wat kan resulteren in een miljoenenomzet.

MISSION

  • Uitbreiden van bestaande relaties in de kappersbranche (relatiebeheer);
  • Creëren van new business door nieuwe salons binnen te halen;
  • Fungeren als een échte business partner voor de salons waarbij je de cijfers achter de onderneming begrijpt en hier gericht advies over uit brengt;
  • Mede opstellen van een strategisch salesjaarplan.

Een sterke persoonlijkheid! Als jij ergens voor gaat dan ga je er ook voor de volle honderd procent voor. Je bent eager, een echte doorzetter en je zit boven op de laatste trends en ontwikkelingen. Succes is een resultaat van jouw lef, drive, proactieve houding en natuurlijke sales skills. Voor ondernemers in de kappersbranche ben jij een onmisbare businesspartner die vanuit een commercieel en analytisch oogpunt altijd kansen ziet en hen zo naar een hoger niveau brengt.

  • Je hebt HBO- werk- en -denkniveau;
  • Je beschikt over commerciële kennis
  • Je hebt cijfermatig inzicht en bent bekend met KPI’s
  • Je wordt gedreven door Sales
  • Je bent fulltime beschikbaar;
  • Minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring als accountmanager of vergelijkbare rol in de buitendienst;
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring in de cosmetica branche
