Key Solutions söker en affärsdriven Account Manager till en ny satsning inom hållbara energilösningar i Stockholm, på uppdrag av en av världens ledande energiaktörer. Här får du möjlighet att utveckla en ny kundmarknad med fokus på bostadsrättsföreningar. En roll för dig som trivs med eget ansvar, gillar att skapa affärsrelationer och motiveras av att driva hela försäljningsprocessen. Om rollen Som Account Manager ansvarar du för att identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter, etablera relationer med beslutsfattare och utveckla affären från första kontakt till signerat avtal. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: • Identifiera och bearbeta bostadsrättsföreningar i Stockholmsområdet. • Boka och genomföra kundmöten med styrelser och beslutsfattare. • Presentera och sälja hållbara energilösningar utifrån kundens behov. • Driva försäljningsprocessen genom förhandling, uppföljning och avslut. • Bygga långsiktiga kundrelationer och bidra till att utveckla den nya affären. Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av försäljning och vill ta nästa steg i en roll med större affärsansvar. Vi tror att du: • Har erfarenhet av uppsökande försäljning och att självständigt boka kundmöten. • Är trygg i kunddialoger och har förmågan att driva affärer till avslut. • Har ett affärsmässigt, nyfiket och rådgivande förhållningssätt. • Arbetar strukturerat och har uthållighet i längre säljprocesser. • Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska i tal och skrift. Erfarenhet av B2B-försäljning, fastighet eller energi är meriterande, men inget krav.
