Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed course content for bitcoin mining farm build-out and operation courses. Design engaging instructional materials for bitcoin miner certification courses. Select and implement effective course delivery methods for bitcoin mining certification courses. Ensure that all bitcoin miner certification courses comply with relevant industry regulations and standards. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of bitcoin miner certification courses, gathering feedback and making necessary revisions. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure course content is accurate and up-to-date. Stay current with industry trends and advancements to continually improve course offerings. Utilize various multimedia and e-learning tools to enhance the learning experience.

Key Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field is required. At least two years of experience developing curriculum for adult learners is required. Experience in the field of bitcoin mining is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory is required. Experience with e-learning platforms and multimedia tools is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
