Budget, Performance & Innovation

  • Budget Management & ROI Optimization: Own and forecast global field marketing budgets, allocating resources against the highest-impact regional and business priorities.
  • Performance Measurement & Analytics: Partner with RevOps to track performance against established targets and measurement frameworks, analyze pipeline contribution, opportunity progression, deal acceleration, attribution, and ROI, and translate insights into recommendations for leadership.
  • AI & Marketing Innovation: Champion AI-enabled marketing, intent data, predictive analytics, and modern MarTech to improve targeting, personalization, operational efficiency, and program performance.

Skills and Qualifications

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
