Zahlen, Organisation und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben sind genau dein Ding? Dann werde Teil unseres Finance & Controlling Teams! Als Teamassistenz mit Schwerpunkt Finance & Controlling unterstützt du das Team im Tagesgeschäft, hältst ihnen den Rücken frei und sorgst dafür, dass im Hintergrund alles reibungslos läuft. Die Position ist grundsätzlich in Vollzeit (40 Stunden/Woche) vorgesehen, eine Teilzeitbeschäftigung mit 30 Stunden/Woche ist ebenfalls möglich.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du unterstützt unsere Head of Finance & Controlling und unseren CFO im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei administrativen Aufgaben im Accounting.
  • Du behältst den Überblick über unser Accounting-Postfach und übernimmst die Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen.
  • Du pflegst Belege und Rechnungen in DATEV und unterstützt bei der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung.
  • Du unterstützt aktiv im operativen Einkauf.
  • Du übernimmst organisatorische Aufgaben rund um unsere Firmenwagenflotte und unterstützt bei der Buchung von Mietfahrzeugen.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Auswertungen, Reports und Präsentationen.
  • Du bringst dich aktiv bei anfallenden Aufgaben und Projekten im Finance & Controlling ein.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst 3 – 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finance, Accounting und/oder Controlling mit.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits praktische Erfahrung mit DATEV und bist sicher im Umgang mit buchhaltungsrelevanten Systemen.
  • Du verfügst über einen sehr sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen.
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und übernimmst gerne flexibel anfallende Aufgaben.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine sehr selbstständige, proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Vertraulichkeit ist für Dich selbstverständlich.
  • Deine sehr guten Deutsch- sowie guten Englisch-Kenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
