About the Role
The Learning & Development team helps Keystone employees understand what great performance looks like, build the skills to do their best work, and grow meaningful careers at the firm. We are looking for a highly motivated, resourceful Senior Associate to provide broad-based support across both Learning & Development and Performance initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety, moves quickly from idea to execution, and takes pride in making complex programs run smoothly. The Senior Associate will help deliver Keystone University training, orientation and onboarding, performance programs, communications, project management, and measurement and evaluation—while stepping in wherever needed to help the team meet its commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery & Project Management
- Coordinate multiple Performance and Learning & Development initiatives from planning through execution, maintaining clear workplans, timelines, owners, dependencies, and follow-up actions.
- Provide hands-on logistical and operational support for live, virtual, and hybrid programs, including scheduling, enrollment, materials, facilitator preparation, technology, and post-program follow-up.
- Create repeatable processes, templates, trackers, and resources that improve quality, reduce administrative burden, and allow programs to scale.
Orientation & Onboarding
- Help lead the planning and delivery of new-hire orientation and onboarding, creating a welcoming, engaged experience and ensuring new employees receive the information, connections, and support they need to ramp up quickly.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics across new hire profiles and offices, partnering with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, Office Managers and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive employee experience.
- Maintain and improve onboarding and learning content, resources, facilitator materials, and program documentation so information remains accurate, current, and easy to use.
Performance Culture Support
- Support the execution of Keystone’s biannual performance review process through disciplined coordination, data management, communications, and follow-through.
- Maintain accurate trackers and records, monitor deadlines and completion, and proactively follow up with employees, managers, and leaders to keep processes on track.
- Help develop practical tools, templates, FAQs, and guidance that make performance and development expectations easier for employees and managers to understand and apply.
Communications & Stakeholder Coordination
- Draft clear, polished, audience-appropriate communications across email, Slack, presentations, guides, and other channels.
- Serve as a responsive, service-oriented point of contact for program questions, resolving issues directly where possible and escalating thoughtfully when needed.
- Coordinate closely with HR, Talent Acquisitions, Staffing, Facilities & Administration, IT, business leaders, subject-matter experts, and external partners to move shared work forward.
Measurement, Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Collect and maintain high-quality program data, including participation, completion, feedback, assessment results, and other measures of reach and effectiveness.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback, identify themes, and translate findings into concise summaries and actionable recommendations.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and executive-ready materials that communicate progress, outcomes, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously look for ways to improve the employee experience, strengthen adoption, streamline delivery, and increase the impact of Performance Culture and Learning & Development programs.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in talent, learning and development, HR, program management, consulting, operations, communications, or a related field.
- A highly proactive, resourceful, and energetic working style—you see what needs to be done, take initiative, and reliably carry work across the finish line.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the judgment to tailor messages for different audiences and levels of the organization.
- Confidence working with data, spreadsheets, surveys, and reporting, along with the ability to turn information into clear insights and recommendations.
- Strong relationship-management and customer-service skills, with a collaborative, low-ego approach and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift and not every process is fully built.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee, performance, and business information.
- A continuous improvement mindset, intellectual curiosity, and genuine enthusiasm for helping people learn, perform, and grow.
