ライティング制作

  • ゲーム環境およびシネマティクス向けに、高品質でビジュアル的に魅力のあるライティングを制作する
  • ムードやトーン、雰囲気を通じて、プロジェクトのアートディレクションやストーリーテリングに沿ったライティングを制作する
  • リアルタイムゲームエンジン向けに最適化されたライティングを制作・実装する

コラボレーション・制作業務

  • アートディレクターと密接に連携し、プロジェクト全体のアートディレクションを維持する
  • 制作パイプライン全体を通じて、さまざまな職種のチームと協力し、アート面での一貫性と品質を確保する
  • レビュー、フィードバックセッション、および反復的な開発プロセスに積極的に参加する

テクニカルアート・最適化

  • 複数のプラットフォームにおいて、パフォーマンス、メモリ、および各プラットフォーム固有の要件を満たすライティングを制作・最適化する
  • リアルタイムレンダリングにおけるライティング最適化に関する深い知識を活かし、高品質なビジュアル表現を実現する
  • 技術的制約やエンジンの制限を考慮しながら、一貫した品質基準を維持する
  • 環境アーティスト、VFXアーティスト、テクニカルアーティストと密接に連携し、ライティングをアセットや制作パイプラインへ適切に組み込む
  • クリエイティブおよび技術的なライティング課題の特定・解決を行う

イノベーション・継続的改善

  • 業界動向や最新技術、ツール、ワークフローに関する知識を継続的にアップデートする
  • パイプラインや制作プロセスの改善提案および効率化に貢献する
  • ゲームアート制作におけるビジュアル品質および革新性の向上に継続的に取り組む

資格

必須要件

  • 業務上支障のない英語コミュニケーション能力を有する方
  • ゲーム業界におけるライティングアーティストとしての豊富な実務経験を有し、高品質なリアルタイムゲーム向けアセットを示すポートフォリオをお持ちの方
  • ライティング、構図、色彩理論、およびビジュアルストーリーテリングに関する深い理解
  • Unreal EngineやUnityなどの最新のリアルタイムゲームエンジン向けに最適化されたアセット制作経験
  • ライティングツール（Lumen、ライトベイク、ポストプロセス等）、パフォーマンス最適化、および複数プラットフォームにおける技術的制約に関する深い理解
  • 多職種で構成されるチームの中で協働し、アイデアを効果的に共有するとともに、制作工程を通じてフィードバックを取り入れながら業務を遂行できる能力
  • ゲーム開発パイプラインに関する知識を有し、さまざまなゲームジャンルやターゲットプラットフォームに応じてアートスタイルを柔軟に適応できる能力

歓迎要件

  • ゲームへの強い情熱を持ち、PC、コンソール、Nintendoプラットフォームにおける市場動向、プレイヤーの期待、およびゲームカルチャーへの理解を有する方
  • コンセプト段階からゲーム実装まで、アートビジョンおよびアセット品質を維持するために、他のアートチームを適切にリードし、円滑にコミュニケーションを行った経験
