Wizcorpでは、次世代型ゲーム機向けのプロジェクトに携わるシニアエフェクトアーティスト (VFX) を募集しています。あなたのこれまでのご経歴、スキル、経験に応じて、当社のチーム内で最適なポジションをご紹介させていただきます。

業務内容 🎮📆🕹

ゲーム開発におけるエフェクトデザインやエフェクト制作の業務全般に携わっていただきます。

具体的な業務は以下のようです。

  • プランナー・プログラマと連携してゲームデザインに則したエフェクト考案及び制作
  • エフェクト制作(シミュレーション・テクスチャリング・モデリング・セットアップなど)
  • エフェクト制作におけるテクニカルサポート業務

資格

⭐経験 ⭐

  • ゲーム開発のエフェクト制作経験が7年以上である方

  • エフェクトの制作工程の中で特化した技術や知識をお持ちの方
  • Houdini、Unreal (Niagara)、 Mayaなど複数のDCC使用経験をお持ちの方
  • UnityやUnrealエンジンを使用してのエフェクト制作の経験をお持ちの方
  • シェーダーやスクリプトの知識を有する方
  • プロジェクト内のリーダー経験、管理などを行った実績をお持ちの方
  • 英語の理解力、英語が必要とされる制作現場においての経験をお持ちの方
  • 3DCGのハイエンドグラフィックに関する知識をお持ちの方
  • 外部会社との折衝、管理などの経験をお持ちの方
  • ワールドワイドでエフェクトアーティストとして活躍したい方

初日には、マネージャーがチームメンバーを紹介し、6ヶ月の試用期間中のレビュースケジュールを設定します。試用期間を無事に完了できるよう、必要なサポートをすべて提供します。

待遇・福利厚生

📍 勤務地と時間 📍

⏲ フレックスタイム制

クリエイティブな時間の使い方は人それぞれで異なり、自分に合う使い方はご自身が一番ご存じでしょう。

月曜日から金曜日の間で、コアタイムを11:00から16:00とし、一日あたり8時間仕事をしていただきます（1時間の休憩時間を除く）。コアタイム以外の時間配分はお任せいたします。

🌎 働く場所もフレキシブルです

Wizcorpではフルリモートワークを実施しており、ほとんどの社員が自宅で仕事をしています。もちろん必要に応じてオフィスで仕事することも可能で、会議室やフリーアドレスのデスクを使用していただけます。

Wizcorpでの勤務にあたり、日本国内に居住していただく必要があります。弊社で就労ビザの取得に関するサポートもさせていただきます。なお状況に応じ、試用期間内に限り、日本国外での勤務を許可する場合があります。

シニアエフェクトアーティストの給与レンジは下記になります。

年額600～840万円 （月額50～70万円）

入社時の給与は、入社希望者の経験と面接時の評価に基づいて決定されます。

入社後6ヶ月は試用期間となりますが、その間の給与には特段影響、変更はありません。

💹 昇給・賞与 💹

  • 年1回の人事考課があり、経験やプロジェクトへの貢献度に応じて、給与の見直しが行われます。
  • 昇給は、毎年10月～11月頃に、次年度の予算と財務予測に基づき行われます。
  • 賞与の支給はありません。

🈷️ 福利厚生 🈷️

  • ホームオフィス設備・備品手当（15,000円/月）
  • 個人語学レッスン（英語）
  • 通勤費（ただし、定期券は払い戻し対象外）
