Costing & Tenders Executive (Lighting)

Salary: S$2,700–S$3,800/month Location: Kaki Bukit Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.30am–6pm | Permanent, Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Review drawings and take off lighting quantities.
  • Compare supplier quotations and propose cost-effective alternatives.
  • Track tender deadlines, follow up on quotations, and hand over awarded projects.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
  • 2–3 years’ relevant costing, estimating, or tendering experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, drawing interpretation, and quantity take-offs.
  • Lighting products, DIALux, or GeBIZ knowledge is an advantage.
