Project Manager (Lighting)

Salary: S$4,500–S$6,500/month Location: Kaki Bukit Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.30am–6pm | Permanent, Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Lead lighting projects from contract award to handover.
  • Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, procurement, and quality.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Handle variations, progress claims, final accounts, and project reporting.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
  • 4–6 years’ project management experience in lighting, M&E, or building/fit-out projects, including team leadership.
  • Strong contract, cost control, and communication skills.
  • AutoCAD, DIALux, lighting controls, or project management certification is an advantage.
