Mesmo com toda essa expansão, seguimos fiéis à nossa essência: servir o melhor frango frito, com qualidade, sabor e tradição.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVisitar às operações próprias para realização de checklist de conformidade operacional;Acompanhar a implementação de planos de ação corretiva e preventiva junto as lojas;Apoiar as lojas com setor de manutenção;Garantir conformidade com os requisitos de segurança alimentar, legislação vigente e padrões globais KFC;Interagir com times internos (Franquias, Supply Chain, manutenção, P&D e Operações) para alinhamento de critérios técnicos e requisitos de qualidade;Participar de auditorias internas e externas, quando necessário;Elaborar relatórios técnicos e indicadores de performance das lojas;Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Superior Concluída em Engenharia de Alimentos, Medicina Veterinária, Nutrição, ou áreas relacionadas;Experiência prévia em qualidade, auditorias ou homologação de fornecedores na indústria de alimentos ou food service;Conhecimento em normas e legislações de segurança de alimentos (MAPA, ANVISA, HACCP, BPF, ISO/FSSC 22000, etc.);Perfil analítico, atenção a detalhes e forte senso de responsabilidade;Boa comunicação e habilidade de treinamento junto a operaçãoInglês intermediário será diferencial (interação com matriz)Disponibilidade para viagensInformações adicionais BenefíciosVale RefeiçãoVale TransporteAssistência MédicaAssistência OdontológicaSeguro de VidaConvênio FarmáciaTotalPassParticipação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR)Estacionamento com coparticipaçãoKFCuida: Programa de saúde e bem-estar para colaboradores e familiares, com apoio psicológico, consultas médicas 24h, nutrição, orientação jurídica e financeira, suporte psicossocial e benefícios de parentalidade.Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido
