Hos KH OneStop i Brøndby har vi rygende travlt på lageret. Vi søger derfor en dygtig, struktureret og serviceminded uddannet lagerassistent, som trives i en dynamisk hverdag med mange bolde i luften. Du bliver en uundværlig del af den daglige drift, hvor du sikrer, at reservedelene er på lager, kunderne får en god service, og lageret fungerer optimalt.

Din rolle og hverdagen hos os Du refererer direkte til afdelingslederen og arbejder tæt sammen med de øvrige kolleger på lageret. Din hverdag bliver spændende og varierende med en god blanding af kundekontakt, administrativt arbejde og fysisk lagerhåndtering. Du sikrer blandt andet, at manglende reservedele bliver bestilt hjem og noteres på igangværende arbejdsopgaver. Du løser administrative opgaver som f.eks. klargøring af fakturaer.

Dine konkrete arbejdsopgaver

  • Varemodtagelse af reservedele.
  • Assistance med kontering og håndtering af lagerfakturaer i vores fakturahåndteringssystem.
  • Håndtering af reservedelsgarantisager og reklamationer, så disse er klar til fakturering.
  • Ordrehåndtering fra start til slut samt hjælp med kundemodtagelse og bookinger af arbejde.

Hvem er du?

Du er uddannet lagerassistent og har solid erfaring fra et reservedelslager – meget gerne inden for auto-, tungvogns- eller trailerbranchen. Du har en smidig tilgang til problemløsning, og rutineprægede opgaver varetages effektivt med sans for detaljen og fokus på et godt resultat.

Vi forestiller os, at du genkender dig selv i følgende:

  • Administrativt stærk.
  • Erfaring inden for auto-, tungtvogns- eller trailerbranchen.
  • Erfaring fra et reservedelslager.
  • Tydelig i din kommunikation, både skriftligt og mundtligt.

  • En god holdspiller, som ser helheden.
