Description du poste

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Directeur Adjoint de Magasin (H/F/NB) ! En véritable bras droit du Directeur de Magasin, tes missions en tant que Directeur Adjoint de Magasin sont les suivantes :

Co-Leader d’équipe :

  • Tu es inspirant et porteur de sens : tu incarnes les valeurs de Kiabi et les fais vivre au quotidien.
  • Tu es facilitateur d’équipe : tu veilles au bon climat social tout en garantissant une organisation performante et agile.
  • Tu es un manager responsabilisant et de confiance : tu prends en charge le recrutement, la formation et l’animation de ton équipe
  • Tu es révélateur de talents, bienveillant et exigeant : tu favorises la responsabilisation et l’autonomie de chacun pour développer la réussite collective.

Commerçant dans l’âme :

  • Passionné par la mode, tu mets en œuvre ta stratégie commerciale dans le respect de la politique Kiabi.
  • Avec ton équipe, tu fais vivre à tes clients une shoping expérience plaisir et différenciante.
  • Tu développes la culture économique de ton équipe via les indicateurs commerciaux pour toujours plus de performance.

Gestionnaire de centre de profit en binôme avec le Directeur de Magasin :

  • Le compte d’exploitation n’a pas de secret pour toi.
  • Tu pilotes et maitrises les différentes lignes de frais de ton magasin.
  • Tu développes la culture du résultat de ton équipe afin de garantir la rentabilité de ton site.

Qualifications

De formation supérieure dans le domaine du commerce & du management, tu as une expérience significative en tant que Directeur Adjoint ou Responsable de Rayon d'un centre de profit dans l’univers de la Mode et/ou du Retail.

Manager de terrain, tu as une âme de commerçant et du talent pour la relation client.

Tu es doté(e) d'un bon relationnel et tu animes ton équipe avec bienveillance & exigence.

Tu aimes évoluer dans un univers où cohabitent la prise d'initiative et l’autonomie.

Tu es polyvalent(e), réactif(ive), audacieux(se) et capable d’impulser le changement.

Tu bénéficies d’excellentes capacités organisationnelles.

Tu maitrises les outils informatiques.
