Contract Type: Full Time Role: Compliance / Product Certification Engineer Alarm, Video, Access systems Department: R&D / Engineering   Role Overview KGS Fire & Security is looking for a Compliance Engineer to join our ARITECH Gdańsk R&D organization to support development and sustaining for electronic products. Due to our Alarm, Video and Access products portfolio growth, we are expanding our Compliance Team. In this role, you will focus on maintaining regulatory and standards compliance for products, provide guidance and requirements to product development teams, ensure products are safe, CE compliant and certified.   Key Responsibilities

Maintain compliance of Alarm, Video, Access products and systems for EU and EMEA markets Work with external agencies to provide and maintain product certifications Create, assess and maintain technical documentation, Declarations of Conformity, Test reports, etc. Work with the team to execute routine and complex standards analysis Analyze regulatory and standards changes Work on complete new development projects from idea to product market release Collaborate daily with international R&D engineers, product management, and compliance teams

  Required Profile

Engineering degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Automation or related technical field A few years of experience in electronic products compliance and certification domain Experience in work with CE regulatory assessments and standards Detail-oriented, high analytical skills and first-time pass attitude Ability to explain complex regulations to engineering teams Able to review and understand interdisciplinary technical documentation Clear communication and documentation skills Good command of English language (in writing and speech)

  Additinal Qualifications

Experience with EN 50131, EN 62368-1, or similar standards will be an advantage Experience in intrusion, detection or access domain Knowledge of EMC, LVD, RED domains Experience in laboratory testing of products

Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
