Contract Type: Full Time Role: Engineering Change Engineer / Technical Writer Alarm, Video, Access systems Department: R&D / Engineering   Role Overview KGS Fire & Security is looking for a Change Management and Technical Writing engineer to join our Gdańsk R&D organization to support development and sustaining of electronic products. Due to our Alarm, Video and Access products portfolio growth, we are expanding our team. In this role, you will focus on two areas - managing engineering changes in our ECO framework and PLM system and supporting Technical Writing to manage of our products manuals library.   Key Responsibilities

Engineering change management for products portfolio Adding new components and BOM structures in PLM system Technical documentation flow management between R&D and factories Create and update products manuals according to internal guidelines Manage products manuals database and online publishing Work with product development teams to assure on time product market delivery

  Required Profile

Engineering degree in Electronics, Automation or related technical field Experience in BOM structures and change management Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Experienced with Corel and Adobe Suites Good analytical skills and detail oriented mindset Good communication and documentation skills Very good command of English (both written and spoken), especially technical language

  Additional Qualifications

Experience in using ERP systems preferably Oracle and PDXpert PLM Experience in using Atlassian suite – Jira, Confluence Knowledge of the electronic components industry Experience in development of VBA macros Experience in Technical Writing field
