What You'll Do

  • Guide early learning: Bring our Life Essentials® curriculum to life with hands-on, age-appropriate activities that build literacy, math, science, and social-emotional skills.
  • Nurture every child: Observe, document, and celebrate each child's development so you can tailor learning to their needs, interests, and milestones.
  • Create a classroom children love: Maintain a safe, organized, and inspiring environment where children feel secure enough to explore and grow.
  • Partner with families: Share daily updates, photos, and progress through our family communication app, and build trusting relationships with parents.
  • Model kindness and respect: Use positive guidance to help children develop independence, self-regulation, and strong friendships.
  • Grow as a professional: Work alongside experienced co-teachers and leadership, with ongoing training and a clear path for career advancement.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma/GED required; Early Childhood(ECE)/Education/Human and Family Services or related degrees or CDA a plus
  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
  • Passion for working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a caring, positive attitude
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs (for child care and safety needs)

Schedule Options

  • Full-time: 4/10 rotating schedule
  • Full-time: 8-hour shifts
  • Part-time: 4–6 hour shifts
  • Morning shifts starting as early as 6:30 AM
  • Multiple afternoon shift options available, with flexible start times from 12 NOON
  • No weekends!
