The posting

At Kids2, we’re really good at what we do. And when we’re great at our jobs, we help parents be great at their jobs.

Parenting is demanding, and that’s where we come in. We want to reimagine how brands can make it easier for early stage parents – not by just selling them products, but by providing holistic solutions that transcend borders, categories and aisles.

No matter our title or department, at Kids2, our job is to create more tiny wins for parents, so they can create bright futures for their little ones. That’s a big task!

We’re serious about what we do, AND we love to have fun. Our team is hardworking, entrepreneurial, and passionate about helping families create millions, if not billions of tiny wins.

SUMMARY

Take overall charge of the Logistics Department’s management, with order delivery planning as the core line. Connect internal and external functions—including Sales, PMC, Warehouse, Logistics, and freight forwarders—to establish an Available-to-Promise (ATP) management and S&OP collaboration mechanism, thereby improving on-time delivery rates and reducing inventory backlog and logistics exceptions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Logistics Department, covering order delivery, planning management, warehousing, shipping, and customs affairs.
  • Establish and optimize the ATP model, allocate inventory based on customer order priority, and improve the on-time delivery rate.
  • Connect the PC/MC/Logistics/Sales data chain, organize S&OP collaboration, and dynamically align production plans with shipping plans.
  • Drive refined inventory management by product and customer order dimensions, resolve unclear inventory classification status, and improve inventory accuracy and turnover.
  • Establish a slow-moving inventory early-warning and disposal mechanism; collaborate with Sales, MC, Purchasing, and Engineering to develop consumption, return/exchange, and markdown plans to reduce slow-moving losses.
  • Establish early-warning mechanisms for material shortages, order changes, and delivery lead times to reduce logistics exceptions and improve logistics efficiency.
  • Responsible for Logistics Department budgeting and expense control; monitor warehousing, transportation, customs, and freight forwarding costs, and continuously optimize logistics costs.
  • Formulate and assess departmental KPIs, such as on-time delivery rate, inventory turnover rate, stockout/order change rate, logistics cost rate, inventory accuracy rate, plan achievement rate, and abnormal plan-change labor-hour ratio; conduct regular reviews and improvements.
  • Collaborate with MC and Purchasing to optimize supplier delivery cadence, shorten supply cycles, monitor order closure rate, and reduce supplier inventory backlog.
  • Responsible for logistics team building, performance assessment, and talent development.
  • Build the digitalization system for the Logistics Department.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
