Aufgaben: • Direkte Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden vor Ort bei Fragen rund um Dienstsmartphones (iOS und Android) • Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Smartphones im Unternehmensumfeld • Installation und Überprüfung von MDM-Profilen, Unternehmens-Apps, Zertifikaten sowie Einrichtung von WLAN, VPN, E-Mail und Microsoft Teams • Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme und beim Austausch von mobilen Geräten • Analyse und Behebung typischer Anwenderprobleme wie: - E-Mail-Synchronisation - Push-Benachrichtigungen - Microsoft Teams - App-Probleme - Profil- oder Konfigurationsfehler • Triage und Eskalation komplexerer Anliegen an den 2nd Level Support • Dokumentation der Supportfälle im Ticketsystem • Unterstützung bei Rollouts und mobilen Arbeitsplatzprojekten • Erstellung bzw. Aktualisierung von einfachen Anleitungen und Checklisten • Verständliche Unterstützung und Schulung von Mitarbeitenden im persönlichen Kontakt oder in kleinen Gruppen

Anforderungen: • Gute Kenntnisse von iOS und Android im Unternehmensumfeld. • Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 Mobile (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) • Grundverständnis von Mobile Device Management (z. B. Microsoft Intune oder vergleichbare Lösungen) • Kenntnisse der grundlegenden Smartphone-Konfiguration (E-Mail, Kalender, Kontakte, WLAN, VPN, Gerätesicherheit) • Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen (SerivceNow) und IT-Support-Prozessen • Verständnis für IT-Service- und Eskalationsprozess • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Muttersprache oder mind. Niveau-B2)
