Unsere Auftraggeber sind Kantone, Gemeinden und Unternehmen der Privatwirtschaft sowie Privatkundinnen und Privatkunden.

Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n

Coach / Berater:in berufliche Integration 80 %

Bei diesen Aufgaben unterstützen Sie uns

  • Personen in der beruflichen Reintegration (aus den Bereichen IV, Sozialhilfe und KIGA) kompetent und effizient beraten sowie im beruflichen Wiedereingliederungsprozess begleiten
  • Klient:innendossiers elektronisch führen, Zielvorgaben formulieren, Standortgespräche mit allen beteiligten Personen organisieren und koordinieren sowie qualifizierte Berichte und Rückmeldungen an die zuständigen Stellen verfassen
  • Kontakte mit Auftrag\- und Arbeitgebenden sowie internen und externen Stellen pflegen

Damit erfüllen Sie Ihre Aufgaben souverän

  • Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung in der Privatwirtschaft sowie in Coaching, Beratung und beruflicher Integration
  • Sie bringen eine fundierte Weiterbildung in Coaching, Beratung oder Case Management sowie vielseitige Methodenkompetenz mit
  • Sie sind mit den Anforderungen des Schweizer Arbeitsmarkts sowie dem Sozialversicherungssystem vertraut; Kenntnisse der Sozialhilfe sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie überzeugen mit Sozial\- und Kommunikationskompetenz, sicherem Auftreten und ausgezeichneten Deutschkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie arbeiten selbständig, strukturiert sowie lösungsorientiert und verfügen über ein gutes Zeit\- und Selbstmanagement
