1、本科及以上学历； 2、熟悉五金/ 塑胶结构件/ 包材/ 电芯/ PCBA类物料全生命周期管理流程，掌握结构件（五金或塑胶）物料技术的规格与质量要求； 3、至少5年以上SQE经验，熟悉供应商认证/审核/辅导/绩效管理流程与方法； 4、熟悉质量体系，能熟练应用PPAP、QPA、QCP、CTQ、CPK等质量工具。
